What's Proceedit?
A Cluster whose members are companies and professionals involved in it as partners or associates, whose common goal is the co-development and co-distribution of BPM processes and related technologies and applications, under a single business model and sharing corporate resources as our operating BPM process catalogue, the largest available in the world today.
What is the legal form of proceedit today?
proceedit is presently a Spanish limited company, but its Partners and Associates are nationals of different countries.
What do you mean when you mention the term "BPM Process"?
BPM processes are reusable web applications, developed on BPMS platforms and related applications, that automate working procedures previously formalized, standardized and optimized by means of OPEX consulting services, and which facilitates the flexible partial outsourcing of certain tasks via microBPO services.
How many BPM processes are currently available in your catalogue?
Now more than 550, and their number increases every month with those provided by our Technological Partners and those developed by our BPM Process Factory.
Who can be Member of proceedit?
Any organization or professional, whether natural or legal person who is interested to participate, contribute and develop new business around the BPM industry.
What profiles have proceedit Members?
The profile of our potential Members is varied, ranging from enterprises and professional business or TI consultants to BPO services operators, through technology manufacturers, vendors of applications and tools, implementers, developers, communications carriers, ISPs , data centers operators, software and hardware distributors, consultants and company managers, ... and, in general, all natural or legal persons involved, more or less directly, optimize, automate and outsource business processes of organizations. We are also open to the participation of members with financial profile as business angels, family funds, technological investment funds, venture capital firms, banks, insurance companies and financial companies in general.
What is the difference between a Partner type Member of proceedit and an Associate one?
An Associate Member is a shareholder in proceedit, in effect making capital contributions in cash and in kind to the society. An Associate Member does not provide capital but pays a monthly fee to proceedit to enjoy the benefits of being associated with our Cluster.
What are the benefits of belonging to the Cluster proceedit?
Partners and Associates of proceedit enjoy three sets of benefits, Resources, Market and Returns. As for Resources type benefits, Partners and Associates are entitled to use for their business operations the proceedit corporate resources, as: Business Consultants Directory of OPEX specialists, the BPM Process Catalogue, the BPM Process Factory and the Operational Resource Directory for microexternalization of tasks. As per Market types benefits, Partners and Associates can benefit from the reputation of belonging to the Cluster, receive referrals of potential end users interested in our products and services, to right distribute our range of BPM products and related product and services and a business model that breaks all the barriers that may end customers have to adopt and implement BPM processes and related solutions in their organizations. And finally, in terms of Return type benefits, depending on the type of Member , they can earn dividends, margins of trade discounts, commissions and royalties for their contributions.
How many Members are currently in the Cluster proceedit?
More than 35 today, from different countries such as Argentina, Austria, Colombia, Spain, France, USA, ... increasing their number every month.
